After booking a remote support session, you’ll receive a secure link to download a small connection tool. Once opened, you provide a unique session ID that allows us to connect. From there, we can troubleshoot system errors, remove viruses, configure email accounts, fix slow performance issues, install software, and adjust settings. You stay in control at all times and can disconnect whenever you wish.
