A unique number is entered and a pop up box will appear asking for authorisation, upon authorisation a small temporary file will download and install in approximately 30 seconds depending on your internet connection speed, once installed the support program will create whats called a session allowing viewing and control of your computer as if a technician was there.

The connection is made using 128 bit encryption making this highly secure and you always have the ability to disconnect the session at anytime. Reconnection cannot be made unless a request and authorisation is once again initiated.
